How many sessions do you hold each month?

Usually I hold one or two sessions per month. This is so my clients have time to act on the results of each session. However, this is flexible and more or less sessions can be arranged, depending on the needs of each individual client.

How are sessions conducted?

Most sessions are conducted over the phone. However, I am also available via private chat.

What happens if I need to terminate my coaching package before I've completed all sessions?

I handle termination and refund requests on a case by case basis. My intention is for you to receive the best support for you and your business I can offer. So, depending on the situation, I may just put your account on hold until you are ready to get started again (which can save you money in the long run) or I may give you a prorated refund.

Who do you like to work with?

I most enjoy working with entrepreneurs who are creative, open-minded and have a quirky sense of humor. (If you are a fan of Monty Python, Douglas Adams or Terry Pratchett, we'll share a common sense of humor.) Clients who are in touch with their inner child will also get my unique take on the world. My best clients also are action oriented, imaginative and lean toward a spiritual view of the universe.

How long are sessions?

Typical sessions are 30 to 60 minutes. However, during some projects, sessions can be as short as 15 minutes or as long ast 2 hours.

What kind of guarantee of service do you offer?

If, during the first 15 minutes of your first session, you believe that we are not a good fit for each other, I will cheerfully refund your investement 100%. After that time, I offer a pro-rated refund.

When and how do clients pay for sessions?

I accept payment through PayPal, which gives you the freedom to pay with your checking or savings acount or your credit card. Payment is required in advance of the first session and payment plans are available for multiple-session packages.

How long do you typically work with a client?

That depends on the client and their unique needs. Sometimes just one session is all a client needs. At other times, a client may need to work with me for a longer period of time.
